Terms of Service

By scheduling services with TR & Sons, you agree to the following terms:

1. Quotes and Estimates

  • Quotes are provided based on photos, descriptions, and measurements you share.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described.

2. Services Provided

  • Junk Removal: We remove most household items, appliances, furniture, yard debris, and construction cleanup materials. We do not remove hazardous waste such as paints, chemicals, fuels, or asbestos.
  • Flooring & Installations: We install flooring and baseboards according to manufacturer standards. Customers are responsible for clearing areas prior to installation unless arrangements are made for us to assist.

3. Scheduling and Access

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
  • You agree to provide safe access to the property.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include [Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App].
  • Late or non-payment may result in additional charges or collections.
  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once services are completed.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Jobs canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

6. Liability and Warranty

  • TR & Sons does not provide any warranty on flooring installations or junk removal services. Once installation or removal is completed and accepted by the customer, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Flooring materials are the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier. TR & Sons is not responsible for product defects, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by improper maintenance after installation.
  • For junk removal, we are not responsible for items mistakenly included for removal. Customers are responsible for reviewing what is to be hauled away before work begins.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when requesting quotes.
  • Ensure work areas are safe, accessible, and free of hazards.
  • Obtain any necessary permissions (for example, HOA or property management approval for dumpsters or debris removal).

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim for every customer to be satisfied. If you are unhappy with our service, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
